Well I'm a gal but I'm gonna answer anyways. Your problem could be nerves. You like her so much, want to do everything right to please her that you might be psyching yourself out. Just relax and don't put so much pressure on yourself. Heck, women worry about that stuff too...are we good enough, are we doing things right. Open communication is important too. Talk to her...let her tell you what she likes and doesn't..it might help to take some of the worry off of you. Do you have problems keeping it up at other times? Could be medical too if that's the case. Good luck ;)

It could be medical even in a young guy. lots of thing can cause that medically. It could be fear, performance anxiety, a bad fit for your anatomy, too much lubrication, illegal drugs, alchohol use, homosexuality. There's way too many reasons to even try to answer it.

i can't say i've ever had that happen. the only time i lose an erection is after i've *** a few times and i'm done for the night.
correction...
there was this one time, but it was because this chick had a REALLY big tattoo of jesus hanging on the cross on the small of her back. i mean, this tattoo was just obnoxiously big. anyways, she got on her hands and knees and i just lost it. for christs sake i just couldn't do it. not doggystyle at least. i just put her back on her back :)

It could be because he is nervous
It could be that he has some drugs in his system
It could be he is feeling guilty about his gf/wife at home
