Ok i have this problem where i see something that i like and for some reason i feel jealous, for some reason i cannot express my feelings to anyone that is why i take anything that i like. (i like electronoics). I was issued a citation on August 31 it says St. George Police Dept. Uniform Juvenile Notice to Appear in Court. Now i need help with this part i do not know what is going to happen to me when i go face to face with the judge in court. This is my 1st offense that is why i'm asking this question. I keep on thinking if he is going to keep me in jail for about a year or if he is going to give me a warning. please just tell me what do you think about what is going to happen to myself so that way i am aware of what's going on. Basiclly i have 3 charges filed on me and all class B misdemeanor for theft.
PLEASE NO IDIOTIC ANSWERS thx-

Probably for a first offense you will receive probation. But you should let your worry now be a lesson to you about taking what you want, and fix this problem. If you cannot afford the things you want, find another job to help, or perhaps set aside a certain portion of you check each month to go toward things that you like. This will help you to see that work is worthwhile. See a counselor if you can't overcome this problem, whether that's a church leader or a paid psychologist. I hope that things go well for you this time and that this will become an important lesson to help you change your life.

If you can, get a paid lawyer--if u can't afford 1 they will appoint 1 2u--first of all go 2 court--you sound scared like your ready 2 run--if u run u will have a warrant out 4 your arrest--usually they assign a Probation officer to ur case during the investigation stage---He/She will ask ur parents/guardian 2 sign some release papers to obtain info about u--School records-(if you've been cutting this might not look good)---Dr. records --if u had any mental hospitalizations,etc...---The judge may place you in a diagnostic center--It's not jail-they are there 2 evaluate u and record ur everyday activities n give a report back 2 the Court--anywhere from 30-90 days--u will receive a pass 2 go home on the weekends if your doing what ur suppose 2 do--they will give you a psychological eval at Court--n report their recommendation 2 the judge- More than likely you'll be placed on probation---If they don't, they will place u in a juve center-----they will give u time 4 all the charges running concurrent--juve Court doesn't give you time for each charge
What u need 2 do is make an appointment with a therapist--as you stated you take things that u like--today it's electronics-2morrow it might just be a human that you take because u like he/she---get help--get a job---and get urself 2gether while ur young--if u stay out of trouble they will seal ur record when u turn 18
If u don't stop you'll never get a good job---no one trusts a thief--
Stay in school

First, before you appear in court, consult a lawyer. Ensure that you can plead as appropriate under law. Then, consult a counsellor to help express your feelings. The most important part is that you are ready for change. It is quite evident that you are aware of right and wrong. Just follow the right path without any compromise. It is not rocket science. All the best.

You might just have to stay out of trouble for a year or two.
The big problem is you are a theif, and if you dont stop you will be going down a road that leads to either getting shot, beaten or a long jail sentence.
You take things because you dont want to work for them. Its nothing to do with feelings and expressing yourself. Knock it off, there are hard working people who earn the things they have.

This is your big wake-up call. Since it's your first offense maybe they'll go a little easy on you, but you have to be very apologetic and swear you'll never do it again. Can you get a lawyer to go with you?

make sure you have a lawyer... and try to get help..... make sure you stress that you want help, and you are very sorry for what you have done.... usually you first offense is treated a little easier, but dont count on it if you did something very bad.... i am not a lawyer.... so i really can't advise you... everything is all relative.... in general.... be sincere, be apologetic, and try to make sure you get some kind of help....

Get a lawyer and have him/her help you out. It will be very difficult to assist you without knowing all the details.

You need to pray...you have a problem, and, with God's help you'll solve it.Promise God first that you'll work hard not to do again what you did, cry for HIS HELP and you'll receive it! You're a good guy! Pray and let this habit away! Please! You'll feel much better!take good care!
