drill the lock out. pilot drill first then use a drill with a diameter bigger than the tumbler, use a pair of vice grips to secure the lock while you drill

Secure it (in a vice for example), then put a very long rigid bar (like a narrow crowbar) into the arch of the padlock and lever it open.

Go to a good ole hardware store,or Wal-mart,Home De[pot ,etc,--- a store that sells link chain,sash chain,etc---they have the"bolt" cutters/"bolt" shears able to do your job!!!---you really don't need to spend the money to buy one for a one time job---most "decent" places will do it for free!!!
