CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.

I love to put chicken (breast or other pieces it doesn't really matter) in a baking dish with red potatoes and onion slices. Add whatever spices you like with a little olive oil. I really like using the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, thyme, a little garlic, salt and pepper (or Grillmates montreal steak or chicken spice). You can basically make it your own by adding what you like and have on hand. Just bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 25 to 45 minutes, depending on your choice of chicken pieces, (breasts cook faster than thighs) Good Luck and bon appette

Understand cooking chicken and steak take time.
Go green. More meat means more time to cook. Try chicken fingers with a sweet crust , over a salad, with cranberry sauce.
You can buy chicken fingers from the supermarket or do it yourself. But once you have it. You can fry the chicken fingers(should take no time) you can cover them with honey after they are cooked. Make your salad , and boil your cranberries in water, with sugar(sweet or tart is up to you).
First put the cranberries in the pot with water and your amount of sugar. (the cranberries should be cleaned already) Put a lid over it and wait till it is boiled.(check it intemrittenly)
Second, fry the chicken fingers. Between fryings(do not know the size of your kitchen) put honey on the already cooked, on unstick paper.
Once done with the chicken fingers put them on their plate, thehottest at the top.
make the salad, (olives, baby tomatoes, cut up radish, cut up cucumber, and rose petals or sunflower leaves and seeds)
Put the salad on its tray have a small tray for the dressing try thousand island
then the cranberris should be ready. The chicken and the salad should be 20 minutes tops.
The cranberries should be ready in 25 minutes depending on the heat. Then put the cranberries in their seat.
Done.
