Homemade Spin Blend Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for homemade Spin Blend, or at least a list of ALL the ingredients? I love Spin Blend, but can no longer find it in southeast Kansas. I'm serving turkey sandwiches today, & nothing tastes better on a turkey sandwich, not even Miracle Whip, which I do have. Thank you for any & all help!

After Hellman's sold the recipe it was extrememly hard to find - anyway, I came up with my own version - try mayo, miracle whip, and a little touch of creamed horseradish. This is about as close as I could come....
