Your phrasing is perfect, using "almost". I feel as if I could never be brainwashed, but there's always the possibility of an exception. So, I agree. I'm almost 100% immunized against brainwashing.

In general, I feel this statement is accurate anyway. Someone who makes a habit of questioning everything in life, wanting to learn more, is going to be less likely to trust something based on blind faith. Therefore, they will question an attempt of brainwashing, rather than taking it on "faith".

The most important brainwashing we are subjected to, and influenced by, is that which we impose on ourselves.

Humans are like all other animals and the will to survive takes precedence over everything else, including reality or "truth."

If we didn't brainwash ourselves, we wouldn't survive as a species.

Religion is a minor issue amongst the more relevant issues about which we allow ourselves to be brainwashed.

Just keep repeating to yourself: " I am an unbeliever, and well, I feel almost totally immunized against any kind of brainwashing" and soon you will believe it.

I was a Christian, saw the flaws in that religion, researched all of the alternatives, and choose Buddhism as my religion. See, no brainwashing involved. My own will and logic

Completely immunized? No. Unwilling to be pressured into acting before having a chance to think things through myself? Definitely.

Let's cut to the chase. The Anti-Religious claim that anyone who believes in anything other than themselves is brainwashed.

Anyone who claims people are brainwashed into a religion don't have a clue.

Trust me, you aren't. You get brainwashed all the time, from your religion or from the government but you aren't aware of it. This is a pointless question anyway, i feel as an atheist i'm not brainwashed by religion and have sort out my own answers.

I believe we are human and can be duped anytime by anyone .
Haven`t you ever been brainwashed into thinking a girl really cared for you and found out she was only using you ?
It all depends on what we want and what we want to BELIEVE.

I accept all religions and non believers alike. I know no one will be able to brainwash me, because I think for my self.
