If you loved him you would not want to break up with him anyway, and to do it in a letter is cruel you must face him.
If you are not kissing you are not being close, so how can you say you love him. Sex I can understand but not the closeness of a kiss and cuddle, you obviously don't know what you are feeling, it is probably that you like him a bit and not love him at all.
Carry on as you are and he will end the relationship, or just try a hug and kiss, you never know you might like it.

Since there are two people involved there are going to be 2 sets of rules eventually. He probably did what u wanted cos he wanted to win ur heart first, now he craves what he desires. U shld tell him y u dont want making out in ur relationship and talk abt it (not making rules). If u think he wldnt listen to u or see reasons, then be probably always wanted to get into ur panties, cos if a guy loves a lady, he waits for the right time.

The best way to write a break up letter to someone you love, is not to. Seems to me ,that you can't love someone that you want to get rid of ,just because they want a kiss!!!, I thought people who loved each other, loved kissing.

whats the point of a relationship with no kisses (sex i can understand) maybe you have to find what you really want...dont write a letter that's perfetic go to the person and explain the reasons and try to come to a compromise and if he loves you he will understand, but without kisses i really dont think a relationship can work.

Hey, if you don't have the guts to beak up face to face he's better off without you. Further more, I can understand the no sex thing but if you and he didn't kiss you weren't together anyway. You're the kind that gives women a bad name.

Tell him that for now, you need to concentrate on other things. Tell him you are not ready for more than friendship. You sound like a very sensible and smart person. Don't be pushed into anything you don't want to do. Good going girl! Be strong!

Letters arn't the best way to break up with someone, You should just try talking to him and telling him how you feel.. and if he really loves you he will understand if not then it just wasn't ment to be.

do it face to face. a letter sure sucks, shows you dont have the courage to face him.
so you love a guy and wont kiss him?
give it a week maybe he'll save you the trouble and break up with you.

If you love him, talk to him. Don't write. If you are determined to leave, you have nothing to lose. He (at least) asked for your kisses... and didn't just do it -- you should be flattered.
You may find that he loves you more than you know.
