More than likely, his money, but there is a slim chance she loves him. I know it's mean, but I'd test her before going too far into this. See what her intentions truly are. If you are the man, then be careful...if you are a friend or family member of the man, know that he may not like you getting involved, but it's better than seeing him get hurt by her. Good luck.

It depends on the man. If he is fit and active, takes good care of his personal hygiene and dresses well, 65 really isn't old. The relationship could work very well!

Stability, maturity, respect, love. Age is a state of mind and if you don't mind it doesn't matter. Women are more mature than men so you are probably at a mental par with her. Maybe the young and dumb don't interest her?
