What are leadership skills and what qualities do you have to have to be a leader?

I want to be a Girl Scout leader for an Honor Scout program.

You have to be able to relate to the general public. In your case, relate to the ones who started on the bottom of the girl scout status quo. Be a good people person.

Lead by example. Be firm, but gentle, be open and be honest with them and yourself.
