Send the back its a manufactures fault cause by the fact they heat up to the high temperature, if you have the box etc and write a letter explaining what has happened GHD should replace them for your

go to your local hair salon (one who supplies GHDs) - they will be able to give you a form to fill in and a bag to put your GHDs in, then you can send them back via your post office. TIP _ put them back in the box, I done this and got a completely new set (they obviously thought the straighteners were newer than they actually were)! xx

I too took mine back to the hairdressers where I bought them and they gave me an addressed bag to send them in. Mine were over a year old, I did not have the box or receipt (luckily the hairdressers know me) and I got a brand new pair too!!! Turnaround was less than 7 days!!!

you need to so to your hair salon and ask for a silver bag.. then you send it to ghd.. If your salon sells ghds they should have the bags for you.

If you have had them less than a year take them back to where you bought them from (with a reciept is best otherwise you only get store credit)
