If you were a female president of any country would you like to get a nose job wether it's an average nose or a flat nose but not too flat?

If I were president, I might have other things to worry about than my nose. Also, it would cause a big media outcry and bad publicity (people would say I can't believe how vain she is! Blah blah blah), so the answer is, no, I wouldn't. As a private citizen I would, or prior to running for office even. I guess you could always say you had a deviated septum or you broke it or something.

It wouldn't matter to me if I was a president or not, I really WANT to get my nose fixed. It's EL HUGO !!!
