If I were president, I might have other things to worry about than my nose. Also, it would cause a big media outcry and bad publicity (people would say I can't believe how vain she is! Blah blah blah), so the answer is, no, I wouldn't. As a private citizen I would, or prior to running for office even. I guess you could always say you had a deviated septum or you broke it or something.
