The longest one for me is 4 years. I wanted marriage and a family, he wanted to run around with the boys and ignore what time we had together. I wanted the "real" world, he wanted the "I'm still a teenager" world (He was in his late 30's by the way) So after waiting too long I left. We just had different needs and wants.

Do you have ADD or ADHD? If you're dealing with that, that might explain why you can't hold down a relationship. People with ADD get bored easily. Most can't hold down a relationship for long OR a good job.

My longest relationship is the one I am currently in. I have been married now for seven happy years. You may want to look at who you are getting into relationships with. Your behavioral patterns that may cause the relationship to end. Or are you seeking out people that simply just want a fun easy going relationship, you want more, and they simply leave, and your looking at the wrong people. Communication is always the key to any long lasting relationship. This builds trust and mutual respect, and then possibly a long term relationship.

Romantic relationship? 10 years and counting.

Friendly relationship? About 12 years and counting.

Bear in mind, though: I'm 31. When I was half that age, I had three boyfriends in a single school year - I joked about all the men in my life having 90-day warranties and then things would fall apart. But I had a *lot* of growing up left to do, even though I was ahead of the game in some other aspects.

Your probably gorgeous and have all kinds of propositions all the time so you get bored with one guy quick because someone better and more interesting in your eyes comes along so many times. Its one of those things that gorgeous women are stuck dealing with until they are ready and satisfied with what they presently have which usually is never lol
