When you're "saved" you'll know it. The day I got saved, I still didn't understand it. The more you get to know God, the more you realized what you are saved from. That's why you want to tell your loved ones.
The gratitude you have because you're saved is why you want to help others. God wants everyone saved, it breaks His heart when they're not. Sometimes that's the only reason I'd tell mean people about God. Who am I to decide that they should go to Hell. I just as soon tell them they get what they deserve, but then so do I.

Being saved is between you and God, no church ceremony.

You don't need to go through a church ceremony to be saved all you have to do is confess your sins to God and ask Him for Grace and Mercy to help you, so u wouldn't go back to your sinful ways and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Personal Saviour for He died on the Cross. It is a sign of Humility.
Keep reading the Word of God for encouragement and Strenght.
God Bless and Stay Blessed, Desire to know the Lord more and all shall be well with you.
Your Place is in the House of the Lord.
I Pray you Answer your call from God at the right time. and always have Faith in the Lord.

Prayer is the only common thing among all religions, it is the only way to communicate with the spirit we know as God. Religion and faith should not be confused, you do not have to be a certain religion to have faith. Faith is the most important thing, not religion. There are many paths to heaven, they all lead to the same place. Peace is the test of teaching you receive when you quiet your mind and communicate with the Great Teacher through prayer. Saved is a term used by evangelistic religions to scare people into contributing financially. Learning is the process of seeking the answers you need through faith and prayer, and patience.

I believe (between you and God) you would have to repent of your sins, turn from them and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Put your trust and faith in Him and continue to have a relationship (through prayer) and studying the Holy Bible. This has to truly come from your heart, not just words. The Bible does say that you must publicly confess your new found salvation which I believe is by baptisim. Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you would want to be baptized. I came to the Lords saving grace in 2003. I can't believe I lived 40 years without Him.

to be saved all you have to do is pray a prayer to
God, thank him for (Jesus ) dieing on the cross &
for forgiving your sins, repent of your sins ( ask him
to forgive you) then change your life style, do the things
that God would want you to do & not the ways of the
world, read your bible to understand God's will & to
have a closer relationship w/ God
you should also go to church to learn more about God &
to find support & strength during the hard times, but
as far as being saved, if you mean it w/ all your heart you
can be saved any place.

You don't need anyone but Jesus to save you. He is close just a prayer away and willing to save you if you ask His for salvation. Be in agreement with Him as you your fallen state and your need for His grace. Turn away from your sin and take on His righteousness. Church is a great place to learn but only God can save. It's personal.... Jim

being "saved" is just a general term. it means to be saved from the punishment of sin. the punishment for sin is death and eternal absence from the presence of God. to be "saved" means you have accepted that Christ Jesus died in your place and suffered that punishment rather than you and thus you will be able to dwell with God and be in his presence eternally. it is a personal thing that is between you and Jesus. it need not be in a church nor with any certain words. i have seen people get saved in church of course but also in my own yard, on the side of the road in a vehicle, in a parking lot, and i my self was "saved" in a bleacher on a military base. it is as simple as in Romans chapter 10. just believe in your heart, and no matter where you are are what you have done he will save you from the punishment sin.

borned again- seek the truth and you'll realized that beliefs isn't real. its like a child easily understands/connects life by watching cartoons. when they are turned into an adult the child realizes then that it isn't true, so they turn their backs to cartoon.
same like in religion, people need to starts with religion in order to connect or understand the truth about life, but all religion it isnt really true is all about beliefs. religion is just a way to understand. but when you are really into the religion at some point in time you must realize/connect the puzzle the religion is teaching about. and then you're free. no fear no boundaries. you begin to get wisdom, then control your life, then eternity will be in you hands

To be saved all you have to do is admit you are a sinner, and ask Jesus into your heart. You can get saved anywhere. We all are sinners, but some are saved by grace. We all sin daily, but we shouldn't enjoy sinning. We need to ask Him daily to cleanse us to keep a short account daily. We are to name our sins one by one. Satan will always bring your sins to mind, but Jesus has buried them in the deepest ocean, and He never brings them back to you to condemn you.

I believe we save ourselves by being responsible human beings, I would never commit an atrocity against my fellow man that I wouldn't want done to me.
