He is seeing someone and she doesn't want him to talk to me anymore. He's been with her for a while.

It is called playing with your mind. He gives you the kiss so you can't stop thinking about him and what it meant, while he moves on with someone else.

Nobody knows exactly what your ex is thinking or feeling. My guess is he still has feelings for you; however just because he may still love you doesn't mean he thinks your relationship is what is best for him. You can love someone that is not good for you. Once you truly love someone you will most likely love them for a lifetime, but that doesn't mean they are the one that you should share a lifetime with. Feel flattered that he still cares for you, but you need to understand that he is an ex for a reason and move on yourself.

He has feelings for you but for some reason he can't be around you any longer. Maybe he has another girl friend that found out he was still in contact with you and he had to end it to be with her.
