I don't know what to do, it's not even when I'm anxious at times, although it is more excessive when I am anxious or nervous at times, but aside from that...it's nonetheless sweaty when I'm dong normal tasks that I'm comfortable with.

you can try putting a small amount of clear antipersperant in your palms (once in the morning) and rubbing it into your hands like you would a hand lotion, or use baby powder 2-3 times a day.
