You know what I felt like that for years. Constantly tired and mentally drained. I started taking some vitamins from the GNC and started taking naps during the day, now I feel great!! Got all my work accomplished and feel better. I still have to promise myself when I get up at 6 in the morning I will take a nap during the day. After that everything goes smoothly. You don't like how you feel, change your habits. Good Luck
