My job is to procure Materials (Spares: Electrical , Electronic , Mechanical and Electro Mechanical, Transformers , Chokes, Valves etc., ) required for repair/overhaul of various avionics of MiG-21 Aircraft. Our known-supplier has indiacated that some of the spares are obsolete in Russia as some of the manufacturing plants are closed for the required spares. Yet I am seeking Yahoo Answers' help guide me to contact to the sources if existing any which are not known to our supplier. Please guide me.
