Go to the doctor and ask can he/she prescribe you some iron pills. If you don't like pills eat spinach and beans and peanuts alot that have lots of iron.

Don't drink anything like coffee or tea with or after eating food with iron (or taking an iron pill)...it blocks the absorption of iron.

I used to give blood and needed to boost my iron afterwards. The fastest way was to eat liver. Although as my uncle once told me, "If you knew what the liver did, you wouldn't eat it."
