Believers VS Unbelievers in the courtroom
The case can also be about if Jesus really lived or not
Or
If Jesus was really supernatural or did he become a legend later although he was a normal person

I mean, not only about "if he was telling the truth or not"
All the possibilities can be claimed and taken into consideration in the court

Hmm.. I think something like this was done in a book called Case for Christ. It was a book written by an athiest determined to prove that Christianity was a hoax. Overwhelming evidence of Christ's existance prooved to be enough to turn one of the strongest athiests into a believer.

He would have been 302ed, ( involuntary stay in a hospital for 72 hours to be evaluated by a psychiatrist. ) just like all the other
Jesuses. He would smoke lots of cigarettes and make clay ashtrays which he would paint many colors.

His apostles would be Paxil ,Celexa, Effexor, Prozac, Seraquin, Valium, and Xanax.

It would be thrown out of court... if you were to go on the 4 Gospels alone, it would get thrown out, simply because of all of the contradictions. They are claimed to be eyewitness accounts, yet several accounts in there they couldn't have been. Prayer in the garden, when Jesus was alone... the crucifixion... all the apostles ran away except John, yet they all claim to have seen it? It would definitely get thrown out.

I think in today's age we wouldn't believe. We would say He was practicing miracles without a medical license, hahaha. Seriously we wouldn't throw him in prison for saying He is God and showing miracles, it would be more like an insane asylum. I think this would happen in this era, but who really knows? Some would follow, others might think he's the Antichrist, most would definitely believe He's a loon.

It would be immediately thrown out of court due to total lack of evidence.
