My daughter is being dedicated (like a baptism) at our church on Oct. 1st. We are having a little celebratation afterwards. What should I get her nd what should I get the God-parents? Any great ideas would be helpful!

You could get the godparents a framed picture of the day and for your daughter a personalized bible or small figurine to commemorate the day.

A little gold Cross for the baby and
a hand written letter telling each of them just how important they are to you and the baby along with a beautifully framed photo of the baby.

when my hubby and I dedicated our daugther..we had the dedication in a park like setting(we are pagan) and we gave the god parents/sponsors a small necklace type mojo bag.
anything small to show your appreciation and to represent something of your faith is good.
as for your child also something that can be kept to remember the day and represents your faith ...like a small cross necklace that you can put on for special occasions or she can have when older maybe with the dates engraved in it.
