Athlets foot is a fungal infection that can be easily treated, but if you dont also treat your footware you will continue to have occurances. If you can affort to get rid of the shoes treat the feet and buy new shoes, then make use of charcoal absorbers, and keep your feet dry. if you have a perspiration issue you need to use cotton socks not nylon as they will wick moisture away from your feet. Also washing your sox in chlorine bleach will kill any fungus in the socks and prevent the constant reintroduction of fungus. you may also have to have your nails treated.
See your doctor and talk to a podiatrist, they specialize in feet.

If you shower in a gym (or other public place) wear flip-flop's. Keep your feet dry. Keep your shoes dry, if they get wet use another pair until they dry completely. Use a foot powder in your shoe's. If this doesn't help see your doctor, it could be more serious.

Get spray from the store.
If that doesn't work, get a prescription.
If that doesn't work, try soaking your feet in urine (seriously).
