I can't stop eating! I also drink lots of diet coke and fruit juices and then I'm thinking about food again... I'm not big now but I'm worried I will be soon.

Stop drinking so much diet coke and fruit juice, the diet coke fills you with wind (carbon) and the fruit juices contain natural sugar (fructose) which will give you a temporary 'sugar rush' which in turn will leave you feeling hungry again. Try having a drink of water when you feel hungry, wait 10 minutes if you still feel hungry its likely you really are.

iiOk you are right some day you are going to explode so let me know and I will go to the beach that day, the one on the French Riviera, you are not french are you? OK so start to drink this stuff when you get these cravings, have at least one full glass full and if you still have these tendencies and it isn't supper, dinner or breakfast time drink some more of it. It is the number one drink on the planet, enough said, W A T E R! Not only is it good for you, but also helps in food absorption so the little that you do eat gets metabolized better.

Diet pop is a diarettic. When you are dehidrated you sometimes feel hungry due to your brain being confused. Drink as much water as you can, stop drinking diet coke, and try to eat things that will fill you like salads, almonds and protein.

The water will help stem the cravings and fill you up, and the good food choices will keep you thin.

urgh! coke rots the teeth! fruit juices in mass quantity make your wee sting! All that eating will bite you on the bum in the end. If your digestion is spot on you might be able to get away with it for a while - but then it will pile on - keep on exercising and drink water instead. You lose weight by eating celery! Fantastic stuff - but doesn't count if you put toppings on it!

Only buy and eat food that isn't fattening. Diet coke isn't necessarily better than non diet - try sticking to water and fruit juices

not knowing how old you are or anything, but is there a chance you could be pregnant? When I became pregnant both times, no matter what time of day it was, and even before I found out, I would eat everything in sight. If there is a possibility of that, find out. Otherwise, maybe you are lacking something in yout diet and you are craving foods that have that key ingredient in it.

Drink plenty of water but if this is boring then add a little squash. This should fill you up and keep away hunger pangs. Eat fruit to satisfy sweet cravings or try and keep yourself busy with a new hobby.

stop eating that crap.

stop eating when you think you are hungry.

stop that diet food also that's full of garbage.

eat more FRESH veggies and fruits.. drink more water... less sugary crap and sodas.. don't fall for those diet fads and foods.

if you don't you'll garbage up your system and you'll get sick, lifeless, tired, of course fat.

real fruit juice not that fakey crap either.. OH and think about this.. you may be thirsty not hungry, try that also.

go for walks or do some kid of activity that you enjoy. do things to try and keep your mind off of food. go for water instead of the pop and fruit juice. you can eat, but eat carrot sticks and veggies and fruit. they are much better for you.

Talk to your Dr. immediately!

You may have something 'out of whack'.

You need to find out if this is a medical condition. In the meantime, drink more water.
