It's very much up to the individuals involved. I don't believe it is a sin, in fact I think there have been some recent discoveries stating the possibilty that humans are genetically programmed be promiscuous.
Regarding the comment here that couple swapping most often ends in divorce, this is not true. If the couple's relationship was poor to start with, this could be the straw that broke the camel's back. However, if the couple were in a stable, loving relationship and were exploring ways to spice up their sex life, then it can actually bring a couple closer together and keep the spark that keeps a loving relationship alive. My wife and I have done swapping and swinging for years. It has worked out well and is not a problem between us.

personal choice. why let others dictate to you what happens in the privacy of your very own bedroom. to each their own.
if considering the idea, check out swingers groups. lots of good information for couples to read. such as the effects on the relationship if not done properly.

its a personal choice..if the couple can agree then its ok..but if ur religous conscious then yes its a sin because sex is supposed to be bewteen 2 married people

With Aids and all the STD's its a stupid health risk(condoms break).By the way most couples that start this end up in divorce.
