no matter how many times you tell her and how often you watch her, you can't do it all the time. You are going to end up losing a good friend ship if things keep up. All you can really do is tell her that she needs to see a dr and let her know that you are there for her. There is nothing much you can do for her, you can't help her if she doesn't want to be helped. I know it's so sad and you feel helpless but she has to want to get better and not be forced to get better.

Try to inform her about what bulimia can do to her.. it rottens the teeth, it screws the whole digestive system. It's hard to get her to counseling if she doesn't want to. It's better if she finds people like her that go thru the same thing and know more, i'd suggest she visit this site, which is a forum about eating disorders, that supports recovery: http://forum.projectshapeshift.net/index.php Hope she gets well xx

The 'friend' is bulimic and she needs professional help. I would tell your school counselor about it - anonymously - and let her get your friend some professional help. Or, hey, tell her parents! They probably don't know it. She needs help desperately so drastic measures are called for. You're a good friend for caring. Godloveya!
