The same as 2000 years ago. Nothing has changed in the way guilty verdicts are decided because people are the same today as they were 2000 years ago.

Which claim is that? When brought before Pilot, He was asked if he was the King of the Jews. His answer was, "You say so." I don't think any judge today would do much with that. If you mean the fact that He is God. That would depend on the beliefs of the court. The problem is, the results would most likely be the same as the last time. That is why, when He comes again, there won't be any of the other nonsense... NO need.

I think that if he would be found innocent, and this is why:
I don't think Jesus ever made the claim that he was the son of god. I think he was just a good Jewish person, helping people and spreading love. I think his psycho apostles are the ones who made up the claim that he was the son of god. I think Jesus is rolling over in his grave right now, he never claimed to be who the christians made him out to be. He was just a person.

He would be ignored like all the other ppl on the street claiming to be miracle workers. It isn't illegal to claim what Jesus claimed so there would be no "court". But if he started working miracles people would just think of him as another magician like David Blaine. Overall, no one would take him seriously.

The same as when he was alive. The hardness of peoples hearts would convict Him. Non-believers as back then would get offended at the things He says, becuase what Jesus Christ teaches and preaches convicts people in their heart. And people today, especially non-believers dont like being told that something they do or say is wrong.

So he would get crucified a second time to answer your question.

He would be sectioned by a social worker and a doctor. It is likely that he would be given a sedative to keep him in a comfortable manner. What would be interesting is if he could perform miracles whilst being heavily drugged.

Claim of what? That he is the Son of God? Someone already did this... the book is called "Christ on Trial" and it's by someone with the last name of Dixon. (Roger Dixon, maybe?) Very interesting read. And no, it's not anti-Christian.
