i want my boyfriends mom to like me. but i know she hates me. I don't know what to do? i don't go over to her house to see my boyfriend cause i'm not comfortable around her. if something does not change i'm going to be single

what's her problem? is it something that can even be fixed? have you actually talked to her? it could be that she doesn't think you like her because you act strange around her and don't have conversations with her. why don't you try doing something for her. like, bring her some flowers or something. just say, "i was at the store and saw these. i thought they were pretty and thought you might like some." or, if you bake, bake her a pie. show her you have some class or domestic quality and she'll probably better think you are going to take care of her son. that's probably where it started.

Your boyfriend's mother has a problem! There should be no question on her liking you or not, if your a decent person and care for, or love her son.You need to sit down with her and ask her what her problem is towards you.Have you told your boyfriend how you feel? He also should play a part in this, if he cares for you. Three of you sit down and thrash this out for good. Cocoa

you should find out first what she hated about you. from there then you can work on it and perhaps change a little to make her think differently about you. just remember this takes time and try not to rush things out. and keep working on it!

Reality check: You can't MAKE her like you.
You CAN talk to your boyfriend about it. If he likes you enough, he will try to smooth things over with his mom. She'll adjust.
