You should take your female adult to the vet for an examination after giving birth to those puppies. Take the puppies with the adult momma to the visit and the vet will be able to tell you the sex of the puppies.

All you need to do is flip them on their back....if you see a penis mid belly area, you have a male. If there's a vulva in between the rear legs it's a female. Geeeesh!
For layman's, a penis is a teenie weenie and a vulva is a pee pee!

here is the scientific method. hold up the puppy so that you can see its belly...look down...do you see 2 little round things that look like marbles? no, it's a girl.
