I would love to think they do - and I have asked myself the same question often. However, that is another one of those questions I am going to have to wait for the answer to!

Have you recently lost a beloved pet? Or are you still grieving for one you lost a while ago? Our beautiful German Shepherd died about five years ago and I still miss her so much and wonder if I will ever meet her again. Who really knows? And anyone who says they do know the definitive answer is just kidding themselves anyway.

What is important though is that you deal with the greiving process properly and that you remember all the good times you and your pets had together.

Reading http://www.advice-on-pet-care-and-pet-product-supplies-online.com/Losing-A-Pet.html may be helpful. Also, talking to someone who actually understands, will also help.

Best wishes.

God created all life if he created it then he will give it a chance.

the idea that only man has a soul is a way for religion to separate, man from animals and science has proven to me that no real separation between animals and man exists other than genetic. If I were a religious person then I would bet on the soul being in all life which God created. Only blindly religious people want to separate life between God's chosen (Human) and not chosen (Animals). This idea is to releive the guilt of eating animal flesh, which has nutritional value in the diet of many humans. the discusion is very old. Back to pre-roman times.

If humans do, then cats and dogs do.

Humans are in no way favored by God over any other species. If humans are judged by the way they care for the other intelligent creatures on Earth, then maybe no humans will make it to 'heaven'.

I believe our animals do! No i'm not religous. One of my friends is Catholic and told me that they do not because they don't have souls? I don't believe it they are living creatures just like we are so how can this be true. also my mother died and I had a dream about her and guess what she had my animals with her(I know call sylvia brown) it just makes me feel better knowing that the animals I loves so much I will see again.

I sure hope so, and I don't see why not if that's your belief system. It happens to be mine, because I believe animals have souls, and I don't believe the life cycle ends when a body is put in the ground. Don't slam people who have different beliefs than you.

I read once where Billy Graham once told a little boy that if he needed his puppy in heaven for the boy to be happy, then he knew it would be there.
So, I'm going with that.
