You nose is a bit thick for your face. I would talk to a modeling agency, however, I tend to agree about what your friends have told you. I modeled in college and your nose is a bit large for that profession.

i dont think that you should get a nose job, because models shouldnt be perfect. It makes everyone else feel like they HAVE to be seen that way, and only that way.
But if you want to know, your nosed is slightly wide.
But i dont think its anything to worry about.

You're fine. Stop being so conscious of yourself (it's okay once in a while, though). You're much more beautiful than you give yourself credit for. Don't be so hard on yourself and never deny the absolute fact that you are pretty and beautiful!! You're actually around my age. ^_^

If you/they cannot love you as you are then there is a problem. Modeling isn't everything. Look at Barbra Streisand, Cher, that is what makes you unique. Have a really good one:-)
