Brasil is very pretty, Argentina, Italy (Southern) is usually relatively warm all year, and Australia is warm all year round. Other countries to consider: South Africa, Greece, Mexico, Jamiaca, Virgin Islands.

Many countries in Europe have cold winters but its not horrible. And the rest of the year is great (Spain and France). Argentina is also great, Buenos Aires is really becoming one of those jet-setter type cities like Toyko was. They get a bit cool during their winters (our summers), but usually warm.

the belize exchange rate is 1 american dollar to 2 belizian dollars. it is very diverse, there is a lot of construction work, and farming work, but the labor force is primarily guatamalan, working for 3 dollars bze per day. a pineapple will cost you 50 cents blze, but a coca cola is 5 dollars. you can get property cheap inland, but near the coast is as expensive as florida.
if you already have your money, it is a great place. visit placencia,
a great little point surrounded on 3 sides by water. near the inlet of the monkey river.

Singapore! It is perennielly warm, it is lawful and it has great food and shopping! Not to mention world class education for your kids!

The only drawback is that cost of living is rather high.

But the advantages outweigh the disadvantages!
