My bf and I have a great relationship. Emotionally and mentally, we are on the same page. And the sex is really good. The trouble is that we've both had r4eally intense sexual experiences with our respective ex-lovers. And althoug the feelings with those ex-lovers don't even come close to what we feel for each other, we seem to have been more in tune with them sexually. My bf says that it takes time for two people to get in complete accord with each other's bodies. And sometimes i feel silly, because the sex is good. But i just feel like for where we are and given what we feel for each other, it should be incredible already. Am i being unrealistic? am i wrong to compare our situation with our exes?

It can.

But a lot of other factors can interfere with it. Some people are just not meant to be together but keep trucking along just because.

Hmmm,

Long term Relationships should be based on more than just sex.

You should be attracted to each other though!

Odd that with all of this sexual freedom, supposedly making us be sure that we are compatible before we get married, why is the divorce rate increasing?

Peace!

Peace!

Your not wrong for comparing....thats comes out naturally. I say give it some time if your relationship is as good as it sounds the sex can only get better.

Give it time. What is more important to you, all around compatibility or just great sex? I agree with your boyfriend and the worst thing you can do is bring up ex's! They are your ex for a reason!!!!

It gets better if the love is there....or the guy is taking a crash-course in the Art of Love-making! If u are already worrying abt the lack of passion in ur sex-life, it's coz of a dwindling lack of love-interest in him !!
