You may be depressed. This can be caused by many different things, your hormones for one and external circumstances for another. If you really cannot talk to anybody about it I recommend you seek out professional help, there are all sorts of counsellors out there and somebody is bound to be able to help you.
I have a few tips which may ( hopefully) make you feel a bit better.
1. Start taking exercise. Jogging, walking or a good workout will really pep you up. The other good thing about exercise is that it releases endorphins, which are also called 'happy hormones'. They act in much the same way a lot of drugs do, only the endorphins are not bad for you and your body makes them!
2. Try going to bed at the same time each evening and also get up at the same time each morning. You need to establish a 'routine'. This will balance your hormones and make you feel calmer.
3. Keep busy! Distract yourself. Stop worrying all the time about things that have happened or things that are beyond your control.
4. Laugh! Watch funny movies, read funny books etc, having a good laugh really drives out stress and anxiety.
Good luck!

first I would like to say that it was hard as heck to read that message you had there. Why can't you write like an oridanry person? Secondly, it does sound like you have some sort of disorder. The only way to know for sure is seeing a specialist. If you cannot afford one or you have no insurance there are free therapists that you can see. If you have insurance, it will cover speaking to a proffesional. If need be they will prescribe you something. If you want to try natural ways before that, try taking a lot of B-vitamins and drinking urbal rememdies such as green tee or ginsing extract. Good luck and hope you feel better.

What you are feeling could well be depression, certainly issues you need to talk out and come to some resolution. Depression is not weakness, and the "shame" that used to be associated with it is not a consideration today - the shame is in not pursuing treatment. Go to your doctor, discuss with him/her and get treatment. The best course is medication coupled with counseling - if you don't get counseling and come to grips with root issues the medication can't do all it is supposed to. Pills just help with the symptoms, you have to work thru the issues that have you feeling this way in the first place. Good luck.

ask for a thyroid test - its a simple blood test. That can cause you to cry alot. If not that, the doc may check your hormone levels with another test.
Rule out the physical before addressing it as a mental health issue, unless you know of something specific that you are crying and depressed about.

This is the second question on the same theme. Please go to your doctor. We have to take some responsibility to get our health back. I know it is a horrible way to be but you need help and this forum can only urge you to do that for yourself. People have a hard time understanding unless they have been there so go make up your mind to get help. You will be so glad you did

You ARE Depressed! Now, I would think if you are still in school, you should go to the school counselor for help on this, or the school nurse. If you're not in school, go to the health clinic (pulic) in your town to get a referral to a mental health professional. You need help, honey. The best thing you can do for yourself is to go seek it. That's part of the healing process...knowing you need help. Godloveya.

That's what happened to me at your same age - go and see the doctor. He'll give you some medicine. Also talk to some counsellors or something - call a helpline number and get it off your chest. I never spoke to anybody about it.
