As a bartender at a restaurant I get a lot of the standard drinks, vodka & cranberry, rum & coke, or the flavored vodka's with sprite or tonice. In the summer people tend to order the "fruity" types of drinks, Seabreeze's, long islands, and especially the frozen daquiri's, margarita's, etc... and in the winter I get a lot of coffee drinks. One of our house specialty's is a coffee drink called a "Spanish coffee" it starts with a cinnamon sugared rim, then we pour a half shot of Cointreau in the glass and light it on fire to carmelize the sugar. Then we add a full shot of Kahlua and another half shot of Christian Bros Brandy. Top it off with coffee, whipped cream and a cherry. Mmmm... it's so good. If you aren't sure what to order, but know flavors that you like, ask the bartender to recommend something or make something up for you, we love to do that kind of stuff!

I believe it's long island iced tea, cosmopolitan are the world famous cocktails and other 2 mix drinks such as gin tonic, bacardi & coke, whisky sour, bourbon & coke.

Cosmopolitan, Pina Colada, Martinis,Daiquiris, mojitos, whatever the new trend is for new unusual flavours, people want something they like and can associate with you and haveing a good time at your place. try playing round with original classics and come up with somthing new. good luck.
