the best date was a shared plate of nachos and great conversation for hours.

the worst date was 10 minutes. the guy never stopped text messaging on his cell phone. i asked him to take me home. amazingly that was not my shortest date ever.

next worst was going out with someone 11 years younger than i was. 4 hours in ihop watching him make moves on the waitress who was his age. how humiliating!

I will start with the worst...

I was on a trip to the Philippines when I was shopping at SM department store, when I saw the most beautiful girl. She had a face of an angel. She saw me look at her and came over to ask if I needed help. By the way she works there at the store. (lol) I was feeling very brave so I just started talking to her and eventually asked for her cell number. We texted a few times and I asked her if she might like to go out. She said yes and even suggested the day. I had planned a nice night for us, but when I met her she was not wearing the clothes she wanted so she asked if we could go to her place so she could change. I said sure no problem, let's get a taxi. She said no, she likes the train. So, no problem, we took the slow, uncomfotable, hot train to near where she lives, but on the way to her apartment she sees someone that her mother knows and that sends her freaking out. By the way, the girl is 20 and im 37. So, she tells the woman that I'm not her boyfriend, just a man she met, but she is obviously worried. She says we can't go to her house because she lives with all girls in a boarding house or something like that. Anyway, my plans of where to take her were blown so I said what do you want to do? She said she didn't know so we tried to find a nice place to eat with a live band near the bay. She ended up ordering a hot dog and I had something but have no idea what it was. She sat there the entire time not talking much. Each time she opened her mouth she was saying something about her mother finding out she was with an American. Also, she wouldn't hold my hand because she didn't want anyone to see us together as a couple. After dinner she asked if she could go home because she was so embarassed at herself. I asked what is wrong. She said that she likes me a lot, but has no idea what to say. She texted me after that and apologized about 10 times and asked me if I would give her another chance later. It was bad, but funny too.

Best date...
Wow, that is hard there have been many fun ones, but here are some highlights from a couple of nights with a girl I was really crazy for who I dated about 18 months....

One time we were at a mall in Philippines (Mall of Asia), and there is a big open place where live music sometimes plays. And this area is open for two levels and many people to see. This night was some small band with like violins and flute or something like that... romantic music. Many people were watching. I just grabbed her hand and pulled her into the middle of that open space and danced with her. People clapped for us when we were done and we were both in tears while we danced and sang to each other.

Another time was when she sang to me in front of about 400 people at a karaoke place on the beach. It was amazing because she is like a professional singer and she made it special becuse she sang right to me even though so many people where there.

Now, why did you ask such a question.... (cry cry cry) lol

The worst date that i had was when my bf read a text msg in my handphone from an admirer who was calling me honey. He got so mad that he raised his voice on me. The manager approached us and offered his help which made the matter worst. We really did create a scene that night.

The BEST ''date'' EVER was with this guy from college, actually my friend for the past 12 years! We had this project and we had to work together and... you know that there are feelings.

The WORST ''date'' EVER was when me and my ex went to this cafe and he told me that he was with another girl.
