I have tried everything diets, excercise and nothing seems to be happening. im not gaining weight im just staying the same, I put on nearly 3 stone and now cant shift it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, it will come off... I put on weight with both my children, and it came off eventually.. as my two were both C-sections, I had to take things easy... but I walked loads with them... sometimes in their buggy and other times strapped to me in a carrier with the dogs... also swimming is really good all round toner and exercise and gentle...

Also, but keep it a secret... if you go to Agent Provocateur's website, they have these most amazing underwear that holds everything in and also encourages the stomach muscles to close together again. They are not attractive... so keep them well hidden from the opposite sex for fear of constant ridicule!!!!

Don't put loads of pressure on yourself, you may not be the skinny minnie you once were, but you will have curves in all the right places!

That totally depend on how old you really are.

If you are under the age of 16, I would wait before doing the diet and excercise thing. Your body is still growing and what you consider to be baby fat is going to melt away, though you should mind that you do not binge on fatty food and it is always healthy to keep up with excercise.

If you are over the age of 16 and diet and excercise are not helping, I would recommend that you consult your family doctor. It may be several different things such as the wrong sort of diet or a health issue such as slow metabolism.

Some advice : you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

some human beings lose it at as quickly as and others do no longer. I weighed 11 stone in the previous I fell pregnant - incredibly slender as i'm tall. I won around 4 stone and nonetheless 3 stone heavier than i used to be in the previous I had my toddler boy. he's now 6 months and that i've got lost hardly any weight. while some all and sundry is very slender at as quickly as after having a touch one. merely think of to your self it took 9 months to benefit it, so 9 months or greater to lose it.

what helped for me was loads of water, (i'd buy at least 1.5ltrs a day, you can even keep the bottle and refill it yourself!) Green tea, worked like a charm! Papaya! love it! and its great for your skin! Blueberries, cherry tomatoes, carrots, tuna, chicken and salmon! Also, try stay away from wheat rather eat rye bread and crackers.

Eating slowly also helps, your tummy feels fuller faster!

Best luck! and stick to it, forget bout losing the weight and change your lifestyle.. that way the weights garenteed to come off!

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. dont worry i had the same prob go on a diet and get more excersize try not to stress which i know is hard but the weight will come off

Weight Watchers and do a cleansing/fast/detox that is okayed by a certified naturopathic physician (make sure they actually went to medical school and didn't get a degree by taking courses online.).
