I say that she's 16 years old. She hasn't had enough time to finish school, or even experience life yet. I am not quite sure how long you have been dating but she is not ready for that kind of commitment at this age. Maturity wise, she's not ready either. If you love her the you will understand that she has not yet accomplished the things in life that you may have. Things such as a high school diploma, a college education, a good job, and a stable income for herself. Through her journey she will mature and maybe then be rady for that kind of commitment. If commitment is what you are wanting, then you need to find someone who has graduated high school and has fullfilled the things in life that she wants to accomplish. Hope this helps..

18 is a good age. Ask her to go steady with you and let her know that you want a committed relationship and you do plan on proposing to her in the future. don't scare her too much though. Also if she doesn't want to commit to a relationship wait for her. But if she just says no, then shes only with you to fool around and keep herself entertained. Just make sure what she wants first. Age difference doesnt matter at all so don't listen to people when they tell you that you are too old for her.

If I were her, I will not say "yes" to your proposal. She's only 16, how can you expect her to settle down and start a family with you when she hasn't even have the chance to see the world.
And you're not giving yourself the chance to experience other things and meet other girls. Don't do such a silly thing again. You have all the time in the world to have fun before a serious thing like marriage.

Heck yes you are too old. I don't have a problem with the age difference, if she was older. But she is too young to make that type of commitment. Let her be a girl and grow up before she makes this life altering choice....let her go....if she comes back to you then it was meant to be....

you are too old for her b/c she's too young to be married. why can't you find someone your own age? she has to be 18 to get married and you need to break this relationship off before you get in trouble.

I think you need to go back to school to learn how to read and spell before you try to marry anyone.

Your grammar is fantastically terrible.

She is totally right. Leave her alone. Let her live her life...shes so young. Please don't take her youth away from her. You are really selfish...why can't you find someone whose your age....now come on now...shes younger and seems wiser then you!
