I have the worked whole fiscail quarter can I still get paid the bonus if I quit?

Call your state's labor commissioner. Money earned is money to be paid so far as I have heard whether in the form of hourly rates or bonus schedules or paid time off. However, as stated above, it could be that the company policy, if written well enough might make provision for them to not have to pay you.

To receive a bonus you must be an active employee of said company at the time bonus is paid.

I'm pretty sure it depends on the company. I left work at the end of May, and they sent me my quarterly bonus in July...what a nice surprise!

a bonus is something that's given at the discretion of the boss, not something you're "owed". you quit, you forfeit that bonus.

depends on the company policy, but my guess is that you wold not be entitled to it if you quit.
