this is not a religion question u moron this is a joke question okay and i don't know the answer for that okay but i wil try to answer ur question the other monkey who stick its tongue up doesnt want to mate with other monkey cause its the way monkeys mate. the other female monkey who wants to tease the other male monkey by showing his asss or her genital organ or maybe she wants the male to lick it hehe thats a joke and the male monkey stick his tongue means no, okay like a human who stick his tongue up when hes insulting other boys or guys right
