if you go out and see a girl in a very sexy outfit i.e low cut top high heels and a mini skirt and you saw she was being harrassed by men would you say she was asking for it dressed like that? or would you say women can wear what the hell they like without being branded easy?

Play the game and you pay the price. Women can wear whatever they want to but there is a time and a place for it.
You pick and choose what you want to draw attention to, you know your doing it and yet you have a problem with men doing what you want them to do.
Dress the way you want to be treated. I know its rather judgemental but we live in a judgemental society.

Well I would like to say that I don't brand women, but I will be totally honest with you....
If I see a woman that was dressed like you describe, I may look at her, I may even desire her, but it would be short term it wouldn't be someone I could get serious about, sorry, I know that sounds bad and you shouldn't judge, but I can't help it.
However, no woman deserves to be harrassed by a man in any circumstances so I don't agree that any woman asks for it. And these harrassers are generally younger men that think from the waist down.

Firstly, I would asked, what is the reason behind her dressed up very sexy. Surely because she likes when men see her like that. If she didn't like that, she wouldn't wear such clothes at all! Just think, wearing a mini skirt with low cut top and high heels on a cold or rainy day! Why would she want to suffer (cold, rain) if she didn't like when men stare and tease her?

Anyone man or woman should be able to wear what the hell they want without anyone putting a tag on them. That is what is wrong with this country too self critical and about others too. As long as the person isn't doing anyone any harm who cares what they wear. I say wear what you like at the end of the day people have always got something to say doesn't mean you have to listen to them or take it to heart.

Unfortunately for the girl , guys are visual beings. If she dresses like a tart, then she will be perceived to be a tart. However if I saw her being harrassed, I would assess the type of guys and if I could handle them I would certainly help her or if I was out numbered I would call the cops of security.

Even if a woman dresses provocatively, she shouldn't be harassed. If a woman dresses like that, she certainly invites attention, but it needs to be respectful attention. You're not going to get in her pants by yelling "Yo, baby, I like dat!", even if she IS "easy", so why the hell would you do it?
It might flatter her on some level, but it also embarasses her, and she's more likely to cover up more next time if she actually feels harassed because of what she's wearing. Is that what you want? For her to put on *more* clothes the next time she goes out? I didn't think so.

I dress lots much less sexier now than I did while i grew to become into single. The sexiest outfit I placed on now could be tight denims and a extreme high quality suitable with heels or some thing like that. I used to placed on tiny skirts and outfits, i'm a mom now and its only not suitable to dress like that anymore even although I nonetheless have the physique for it and could desire to escape with it.

I thinka women should be able to wear whatever she pleases and men shouldn't think her easy or feel the need to harass her. Not to mention the guy that notices such harassment should be a gentleman and tell the other guys to leave the young lady alone!!! Of course if you go into a club and happen to be showing everything and your "breakfast" well then shoot don't be astonished if a guy talks to you or is a little creepy...

There's ways that you can dress that'll make you look sexy and not trampy.Plus,there is a time and place for everything.You cant wear what you described above like in the morning or something...if she gets harrassed maybe I'll think that she went looking for it because of the way she dressed.

A woman SHOULD be able to where whatever she wants. However I would remind her that the world isn't a perfect place and some guys (some people for that matter) have too much time and too few brains and if you dress a certain way you increase your odds of finding such men. That's the unfortunate reality.

What ever women wear they will be branded. EG - If there is a great looking girl wearing practically nothing, you would JUST wanna sleep with her; if she was covered up a bit more and looked a lot more respectable, you would want to be her boyfriend, be with her...and of course want to sleep with her as well - but that would not be the only thing!
