This will be kinda long but worth the read. I liked this guy: my pastor's son, gorgeous, talented musician and dancer, church sweetheart who doesn't date bcause it's against church policy. We kinda became freinds. We wouldn't talk at church so it seemed to everyone we hardly knew eachother, yet we would text eachother almost every night. Very friendly about it. I fell for him. Twice he came to me and addressed me as Queen Esther (If my name were Esther). We became closer and closer. Then, all of a sudden, he became so cold towards me. Stopped calling, stopped texting. If I would ask a question he would answer it as to-the-point as humanly possible. At one point I also stopped texting him and the drum majorettes squad form church went to Nationals. Whe he came back, he sent me a message saying "If time passes without a word from me, you dont have to worry about our friendship, coz feelings beyond words will always keep me around." He's not around now. What Happenned?

He probably was falling for you.... You probably had him from the start.... But his moral obligations and religion is preventing him from pursuing you any further, and he probably thought it was best to break it off... Sounds like he really cared for you... But was obligated not to allow himself to show you.

I'd say it's a fair guess that his dad said something to him about all the texting.

Why don't you just ask him? If he is compelled by "feelings beyond words", then he'll certainly open up...

(BTW: I highly recommend trying to see him outside of church. Organize a group to go see a movie and invite him... as "friends".

His parents found out about your friendship and forbade him from seeing you again ... Or they got the bill for his mobile phone!

I guess he now has to act as if you're just an acquaintance rather than a close friend - maybe give him time and he might become close again.

He's an idiot, and you should simply forget him. Stop wasting your time waiting for someone who doesn't care enough about you to even bother to write.

You'd be better off with a guy with a twelve-pack, and a pick-up truck. Learn to love cheese in a can...

He has got shy on u......He has fell deeply in love with you.
Now, its an inside thing, he wants u to talk to him from the mind and heart and not on text.
In the long run, he will come for u and u will marry him.
Congradulations...u won his heart.

He got busted by his Pastor dad, texting you and had his phone privileges taken away. Sounds like he lives within very strict rules. Sucks to be him!

I don't think it's you. I think he's just having trouble with his religion. He wants to stay true to his religion, but he also has feelings for you. He's struggling. Give him time, he might come around.

he doesnt want your relationship to be at the next level.. he wants to stay as friends.. maybe he's also scared that he'll fall, and your church wont allow that, show him you're worth fighting for..
