I'm having trouble eating because nothing tastes good to me lately. My taste is off for some reason

I'd see a doctor if this has been going on for a while.
"Some people are born with chemosensory disorders, but most develop them after an injury or illness. Upper respiratory infections are blamed for some chemosensory losses, and injury to the head can also cause taste problems.
Loss of taste can also be caused by exposure to certain chemicals such as insecticides and by some medicines. Taste disorders may result from oral health problems and some surgeries (e.g. third molar extraction and middle ear surgery). Many patients who receive radiation therapy for cancers of the head and neck develop chemosensory disorders. "

just used toothpaste or mouthwash
taking certain medications which leave a taste in mouth
have a bad cold which numbs taste buds with mucus etc
smells in room that are mistaken for taste by the mind
food not high quality or spoiled
somebody poisoning you (HA HA paranoid one)
too much garlic or other spice in food

It would be better because junk food most likely wouldn't exist and we would eat more healthy but it would suck not having the sensation of taste it really would.

Allergies or smoke could cause this or maybe a hormonal shift or something...

smoking, or maybe you are becomming sick and dont realize it yet.
