imagine if there was a chance where you could prove yourself to your boss by thinking up the most exciting for him and his wife and there personal life and suddenly someone steals your idea and makes it theres, what the hell would you do? especially if your boss has no idea that you are capable of doing such good things?

Why the hell are you involved in your boss's personal life? Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Where do you work? At a strip club? Where is that even acceptable?

if i had such great ideas i would not have a boss that's why i plan not to have one in the next 3 months

walk up to the person and give then another idea but whan he tells the boss it blows up in the bosses face and this other person will here and get in trouble

Well, it only means it wasnt your chance at the moment .
But , your advice will be much needed in the future.
Whoever stoled your idea, i guess great minds think alike
sometimes.
Guess what, dont get mad, just ask can u help .
Because one day, your ship will come in and u will come up
with better ideas and its your turn.
Think positive and dont get discouraged

I would first tell my boss that it was my idea and if he didn't do anything about it- I would find a new job.

tell your boss the idea and if it matches the one that someone gave to the boss he will know that it was stolen.

u think awsm ...den use ur brain & do something dat wud please ur boss for his wife
crying for spilt milk wud get u no where..but it wud be better if u move on & think of a new strategy...
