here's the thing...you shouldn't feel like you have to have a gf. why not just be her friend? enjoy that. a gf/bf relationship can often end in chaos and then you lose the friendship too. just enjoy your friendship! *smiles*

See her as a human first and a girl second. It will get you alot more insight into who she is and you will be better off in the future. If you want more 'instant' results go with flowers, chocolate and jewlery...in that order...

let her know how you feel the worse thing she can say is no

if she says no than at least you have the answer and you havent got to sit around thinking of what may have been if you didnt ask her

ask her out, if she likes you she will say yes, if not she will say no. the longer you wait the worse your chances will be.
