I'm assuming you meant a 14 year old. Sure why not, its good for you. There are normally 24 grams of protien in a serving of Whey powder. I don't suggest the soy powder.Its not as good tends to be gritty and tastes funny YUCK !! Also if you buy the vanilla you can do more with add, like add fruits and things.
