Boil it is best. You need to boil for AT LEAST 10 minutes - a full rapid boil.

Boil it for a good 10 minutes minimum. I'm not sure if boiling gets rid of everything...it won't get rid of poisons in the water.

Do you know, that boilin the water doesn't actually kill a lot of the bacteria that mite be in the water. i would suggest to still boil it ( to still get some of the bacteria out of there) but you should also buy some sterilization tablets which u can buy from literally anywhere. i think chemists mite supply them. follow the directions on the packet of tablets and also boil the water. the longer, the more that should b killed. but remember, boilin doesn't kill everything

besides boiling the water for at least ten minutes I would suggest if you are able to get ahold of them to get some sterlization tablets that campers use to help sterlize their water when they go camping. I am not exactly sure where to get them but I do know that they are around.

u have to boil the water and then add it in glass bottels( u have to wash the bottles first) never put it in a plastic bottel coz hot water reacts with the plastic and goodluck :)
