I am reaching 40. The problem is that i am feeling tired almost everyday around evening. After the day's work, I am left with no energy. I believe the VItamines could be helpful. I don't want to get into so called Energy Boosters which use chemicals. I would certainly prefer Vitamines as they are naturally a part of out diet. I am basically a vegitarean.

What Vitamines I can take to back up my energy?

Look for B-100 pills. It's a high dose of Vitamin B and gives a natural energy boost (just like No-Doz or Vivarin, but without the jitters).

Also, be sure to take a Multi Vitamin with Minerals every day, and supplement with additional calcium. Eat bananas for the energy boost from potassium.

And, as tired as you are, try to exercise. It will actually give you more energy in the long run.

Finally, ask your doctor if he/she can give you a shot of B vitamins. It can work wonders.

I take vitamins b-12 and I also take this vitamin called Royal Jelly. It's components consist of actual honey taken from honey bees and honey is an all natural energy booster. Also a little exercise helps with your energy as well. Right when you get home, take a brisk 15 minute walk to keep your blood flowing. You don't want to take the vitamins during your nightly routine so take them right at lunchtime to give you enough gas to make it to the evening. Good luck to you

Vitamins: Protect Plus or Vitacel. Both are really good.
Juice: V8 vegetable drink. You get all the nutrients you need in one glass.
Excercise: A brisk walk outdoors or on the treadmill. Or a bicycle ride.
