Answer many more questions than you ask & only ask questions that have been thought out carefully & worded clearly or else you won't get very many reasoned responses.

You can answer questions for 2 points each. Receive 10 points for best answer or if you just want to ask questions... you can run your 100 points to the ground and then start a new account under a different name.

First you must answer a lot of questions in a manner that will be pleasing to the asker so that your answer will be selected as best answer even if it goes against what you believe. It seems there aren't any out there that truly desire other views. They only want someone to agree with their own. Once you've done this, you have plenty of points to enable you to ask a lot of questions.

seek and ye shall find. there are many other places in which you can get answers than here. the public library is a fine place to start or go to college find a discussion group in church affiliation ask your family and friends ride the local bus system and start a conversation. just don't limit yourself to one area or you will lose out on several places to find the answers to the questions you want to ask.
