I use Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder (Gluten and Yeast Free). The ingredients are:

sea salt
hydrolised vegetable protein
vegetable fat (peanut)
potato starch
dehydrated celery
onions
carrots
leeks
lactose
parsley
marjoram
bay leaf
garlic
nutmeg
cloves
turmeric

No preservatives, artificial flavouring, colouring or genetically modified organisms. The peanut fat is 100% fat with no protein structure.

It tastes very good. I live in the UK and can get it at the large supermarkets, and probably at healthstores. The label says it is prepared in Switzerland for Marigold Health Foods Ltd, 102 Camley Street, London, NW1 OPF.

Hope this is helpful?
