If so are there any stories of such intervention?

not so much angelica assistance .. but most deffinately divine intervention .. however this isnt to be confused with taking away free will
what i do believe is that at times .. certain things are put in front of us ... it is up to us whether we wish to see it and take it on board .. or not :o)

One of our guys was out in the street handing out street papers, when a man rushed towards him. Just as this man was about to throw a punch, another person stepped in and blocked. After a while, the attacker left. Our guy thanked his helper and crossed the road where some of our other people were. What they saw was that the attackers punches were stopped in mid air. They did not see the helper.

On another occasion a gang threatened one of our people, and this fierce looking dog came out of nowhere, stood beside our guy and growled at the gang. The gang took fright and ran off. Afterwards the dog was nowhere to be seen.

A person prayed to God to see an angel. Soon after, he was on a train and was about to miss a stop when someone else in the carriage said "Isn't this your stop?" He got out, turned back to the carriage to thank his helper, but there was no-one there. He turned to God and said "That's cheating! I didn't realise that was an angel." That night he saw an angel 50 feet tall through the walls of buildings. He was so frightened, he threw himself on the floor face down until the vision went.

In the old Jesus Army house in Milton Keynes an angel was seen standing under a tree in the garden on a number of occasions. There have also been reports of ethereal singing accompanying our worship times at Bugbrooke Chapel and other places.

Yes becouse man often gets assistance from man which is just like angelic assistance.

Divine intervention is also a possibility becouse it has always occured and can be scientifically proved.

The Bible identifies the concept that SOMETIMES angels (messengers of God) MIGHT be sent to assist in human life.

Psa 91:11 For He will give His angels orders concerning you, to protect you in all your ways.

Mat 18:10 "See that you don't look down on one of these little ones, because I tell you that in heaven their angels continually view the face of My Father in heaven.

Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve those who are going to inherit salvation?

Yes, God may intercede in human affairs whenever He desires. He is God.

Absolutely, how else would anyone get on in the world? I am that clumsy that if I didn't have a guardian angel right now I would probably be in a lot worse shape!

well some sort of intervention.
After my father in law died, my mother in law gave us his car. I arranged to visit a prostitute one lunchtime, but when I got in the car, I could not close the drivers door, it would not catch on the latch. I had to take it to a garage instead of getting laid. When I returned to pick the car up the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it, the door closed perfectly. My dead father in law had thwarted my lunch time fun by stopping me using his car. Interfering bast**d, but scary too
