Limited Liability company, which means:

This is a business structure that is a cross between a partnership and a corporation. Like a corporation, the individual owners of an LLC are protected from personal liability. However, an LLC retains the partnership's benefit of having profits and losses pass to the owners without the entity itself being taxed. This business structure is ideal for small companies who are not yet ready for incorporation, but would like to avoid personal liability.

I don't know if I would entertain the idea of my boyfriend having sex with someone else. Even though he says that you're "enough" for him sexually, and that there is physical proof, the fact that he is even considering having sex with another woman says differently. However, this is something that the two of you need to talk about. Try reversing the situation with him, ask him how he would feel if you wanted to have sex with another man "just because you're curious" or ask him to participate in a 3 some (2 girls, 1 dude or 2 dudes, 1 girl) and see how he responds. I agree with you that a one night stand cannot compare to having intimate encounters with your significant other, but what happens if you find out that he enjoys having sex with other women and he's justifying it by saying you "gave him permission". To be honest, this isn't a question that can be answered online, this is one of those "We need to talk" kinda conversations.... Good luck though.
